Financial service providers (DORA, PCI DSS)
ICT risk management, resilience testing and third-party risk call for strict, verifiable delivery.
/ COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
The requirements of ISO 27001, DORA, PCI DSS, IEC 62443 and other frameworks often overlap, but they are not identical. Qyntar helps you meet them once, at the technical level, efficiently, so that compliance is real security rather than paperwork.
[ 01 ] / WHAT IT IS
Cybersecurity compliance support helps your organization meet the regulatory, standards-based and customer security requirements that apply to it, such as ISO 27001, DORA, PCI DSS or IEC 62443. Qyntar translates requirements into your technical and organizational reality: showing what is missing, what to implement and how to prove compliance, while genuinely strengthening your defenses.
Compliance means being able to demonstrate that your organization meets the security requirements of a rule, standard or contract. In practice, several expectations apply at once: legislation (NIS2, GDPR, DORA), industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434) and customer contract requirements. They overlap at many points, so the efficient approach is to implement a control once and reuse it many times.
Compliance on its own is not the same as security: you can have flawless documentation with no working protection, and vice versa. Our approach is therefore technically grounded: we check not only that a policy exists but that the control works in the system, and that we can prove it with evidence. Compliance then becomes a by-product of real risk reduction rather than administration for its own sake.
The service links closely to security audits, NIS2 compliance and, where needed, an outsourced information security officer (vCISO). Official certification (for example ISO 27001) is issued by an accredited certification body. This is not legal advice.

[ 02 ] / WHO IT'S FOR
Organizations subject to several expectations, or for whom compliance is the gatekeeper to business: before a big customer, a tender or a regulatory inspection.
ICT risk management, resilience testing and third-party risk call for strict, verifiable delivery.
The security of automation and control systems can be assessed against the standard, along with IT/OT segmentation and secure architecture.
ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 require cybersecurity governance across the vehicle's whole lifecycle.
Protecting sensitive data and medical devices (for example under IEC 62304) is key for both regulation and patient safety.
Preparation runs through understanding the requirements, gap analysis, implementing controls and a pre-certification check.
Customers expect security questionnaires and audits. Structured compliance makes meeting them simpler and faster.
[ 03 ] / WHAT'S INCLUDED
We tailor the service to the target framework and your maturity. The following elements are typical.
We establish which laws, standards and contractual expectations apply to your organization and how they overlap.
We compare the current state with the requirements, showing compliance control by control, and rank the gaps by risk.
We map the requirements of several frameworks onto a single control set, so the work is done once and satisfies multiple forms of compliance.
We develop the documents and risk management processes you need, aiming for practical usability rather than volume.
Delivering access management, logging, encryption, segmentation, vulnerability management and configuration management, for example through hardening.
We organize the evidence auditors and regulators ask for, and prepare you with a pre-audit and interview coaching ahead of the formal inspection.
Assessing critical suppliers and building contractual security clauses and an oversight practice (to DORA, NIS2 and ISO 27001 expectations).
Setting up an annual cycle, control checks and management review so that compliance holds between formal audits.
[ 04 ] / HOW IT WORKS
A pragmatic, risk-based approach: we deal first with whatever carries the greatest risk and the nearest deadline.
We survey the relevant laws, standards and customer expectations and define the scope.
From documents, interviews and technical sampling, we assess compliance at control level.
A prioritized plan with owners, deadlines and cost and resource estimates, shaped for executive approval.
We develop and roll out the policies and technical controls together with your team.
A pre-audit, collection of evidence and, where needed, technical tests to prove that controls are effective.
Support during the certification or regulatory audit, then setting up and reviewing continuous compliance every year.
[ 05 ] / WHAT IT SOLVES
The service turns a thicket of requirements into a clear, manageable plan. You do not have to run a separate, parallel project for each framework: a single control map reduces effort, cost and the room for error.
Compliance also becomes a business tool: faster customer onboarding, easier tender and supplier compliance, lower audit risk and credible evidence of serious information security operations.
[ 06 ] / WHY QYNTAR
Because for us compliance is not an end in itself: we look at whether a control really protects, not only whether it is written down.
Our team has attacker experience and real CISO experience, so we can deliver requirements on both the technical and the executive side.
We work in automotive, defense and space, energy, healthcare, finance and AI environments, and understand sector particularities.
Our risk-based approach means we do not build over-engineered, formal systems. We concentrate on what really matters in your organization.
Security specialists and engineers work together, so requirements for IT, OT, embedded and cyber-physical systems can actually be implemented.
[ 07 ] / FAQ
Compliance shows that you meet a requirement. Security means that your protection actually works. They are not the same, but a well-designed compliance program also strengthens real defense, which is why we work with technical evidence.
It depends on your situation: a legal obligation (such as NIS2 or DORA), a customer expectation or market demand. ISO 27001 is often a good foundation because its controls cover the requirements of several other frameworks. We recommend an order during the gap analysis.
No. Qyntar provides advisory, readiness and pre-certification verification services. Official certificates (for example ISO 27001) are issued by an accredited certification body.
It depends on the framework, your size and maturity. A gap analysis takes a few weeks, and ISO 27001 preparation typically takes several months. We give a firm timeline after the gap analysis.
Yes, and you should. We map overlapping requirements onto one control map, so controls are reused and preparing for audits is simpler. For more, see NIS2 compliance.
A control-by-control comparison of your current state with the requirements: what is met, what is partly met and what is missing. The result is the basis for a prioritized action plan. See also security audits.
Yes. We help prepare evidence, coach leaders and key owners, and on request we are present during the audit and then support closing out the findings.
